STUDIO TORRAU is a team of professional architects led by architect Marius Torrau.

STUDIO TORRAU teams beginning of work in the field of architecture - 1997 m. For more than 26 years, we have specialised in manufacturing, industrial, warehousing and multi-family residential design spheres, at different levels spatial planning document preparation, for buildings for various purposes design proposals and construction investments in a given area feasibility studies. Together with design activities representing developers and investors in dialogue with state and local authorities and public utility managers. Our project managers manage and coordinate the preparation of the engineering parts of each project, as well as the communication and synchronisation between the individual project developers, representing the client in the process of issuing building permits, spatial planning in the process from initiation to approval.

STUDIO TORRAU's mission - listen, hear and realise. Teamwork and the best possible solution for our customers (local and international) is our principle and value. We strive for quality at every step and we are well aware that in construction, a 5 centimetre error can lead to an unsightly architectural detail or problems with the assembly of the engineering and structural system.

Our main ambition in the field of work - balance. A balance between the client's wishes and possibilities, between simple and complex solutions, between different approaches. Compromise - a negotiating objective.
